This barrier culvert is on Davis Creek, a tributary to the Chehalis River near Oakville. Correction improved access to 11.98 miles of fish habitat upstream for chum, coho, steelhead and cutthroat trout. The WDFW and Lonborg barriers downstream were fixed in 2010, the South Bank road culvert was fixed in 2011. Several DNR partial barriers upstream.

Grays Harbor CD replaced the existing culvert with a 50 ft. long by 14 ft. wide weathered steel bridge.
