Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program

The Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) provides funds for improvements to riparian function on private lands. It is co-managed by the Farm Service Agency and the Washington State Conservation Commission. Federal dollars support about 80% of this program, making it a very cost-effective way for Washington State to restore riparian function. CREP is a voluntary program offered to Agricultural Landowners of any acreage in Grays Harbor County and the surrounding western Washington area.
